    Inspired by the communal sharing of food, Chef Blessing  believes in the local bounty of New England. We support farmers who follow all-natural farming methods by serving the local fruits of their work. We do not buy frozen foods or transport foods prepared in commissaries. So expect the freshest local seafood like striped bass, lobsters and shellfish at all Longwood destination venues.  Chef's favorite method of cooking: slow braising; for its complex  flavors and textures.
